Our concept is to provide each and individual an unique fashion of their own. Therefore, the goods in our garden is to provide only one piece per design.

Tips for Gardeners

- You may combine your order with your friends to get a 10% discount for purchase of 3 pieces and above.

- Puchasing together with more people means you split the postage charges.

- Purchasing more, means you save more on postage and on your purchase.

- Registered postage fee is a one time fee. It does not matter how many pieces you purchase.

- You may send it as a surprise present for your friend.

Gardener's Handbook

Each interested Gardener needs to look out for the individual flower's code and quote it via email for a confirmation of the purchase of the flowers.

Please do provide your information in the following format: Full name, Contact Number, Address and Email. Please do also indicate if the mailing address is the same as the address provided.

Payment must be made upfront prior to the delivery of the flowers. Payment may be made via bank transfer. Amount to be transferred and account number will be provided upon confirmation of the order.

Please do kindly note that all mailing charges will be borne by the Gardeners yourselves.

If it is a special gift for your friend, we will provide a complimentary card based on the occasion specified.

We regret to inform that we do not provide meet up delivery services at the moment.

Each order must be confirmed by email with the following format:

- Name
- Address
- Contact Number (Optional)
- MSN Contact
- Preferred Postage: Normal/ Registered/ Parcel

*Links have been provided for you to compare the rates of the postage. Please note that registered mail has an additional charge of S$2.50.

* A confirmation email will be sent out once the order has been acknowledged with the payable amount and the account number to transfer the payment to will ve provided.

-PayPal (Only available for International customers)

* Please note that payment must be cleared with 3 working days after the confirmation email have been sent out by Hana no Kouen with the amount payable.

* Order will be deemed as void once the payment have not been received within 3 days of confirmation from us.

Delivery of Item(s):

- Upon receiving the payment, the item(s) will be sent out on the next day.
- Each item will take about 2 to 3 working days depending on the choice of postage.
- Disclaimer: Once the item(s) has been posted out, Hana no Kouen has no longer control over the item(s).
